Ordinance on Guns
Within the Improved Area of Ozark Acres, no guns shall be fired due to the risk of bullets hitting a house, car or person. This includes shot guns, 22 rifles, high powered rifles or hand guns. There should be no hunting in the Improved Area of Ozark Acres.
Ordinance on Noise
Excessive loud radios are not to be played in Ozark Acres at any hour.
After 10:00 p.m. all noises need to be kept at a low level.
At the beach, all radios need to be kept at a low level.
This Ordinance includes beach and camp area.
